He has a dark brown mop of hair and a small face. His body is very muscular. He is very particular about his image and gets complimented on it a lot, especially from the ladies. His torso is medium sized with muscle and he has long legs. He also has wings sprouted out of his back which are white and powerful looking.

[+]Being in charge- I’m sorry but who wouldn’t? However it is hard sometimes having the weight of so many on my shoulders. But it’s fun and yes I am powerhungry sometimes but I have learned to control that in the name of the rebellion
[+]Being a gifted- I love the freedom and the power that it gives me and how I have the advantage in a fight. I love being able to use my powers to fight against this oppressive regime and fight for what I believe in.
[+]Being handsome- I know I know it’s a stupid thing to like but come on…I’m 21 I’m allowed to be self-conscious like that. I like flirting with girls and so being handsome helps.
[+]Duelling- I am a trained fighter. I have spent years mastering my powers, learning martial arts, sword fighting with both two and one sword, how to incorporate your powers into sword fighting and gun fighting too. I live for the thrill of the fight and how the opponent suddenly realises that they are outmatched.
[+]Flying- it’s the most amazing sensation in the world. Nothing can beat it (well maybe something could, but that is a bit inappropriate.:K) Flying makes me feel so free and makes me feel safer within a fight knowing that I can escape if I need to.
[+]Pretty girls- Come on! I’m 21 what do you expect me to say? Any man my age will say the same thing.
[+]Planning- it calms me down knowing that we are planning attacks and knowing what is happening at any given time. It also makes me more and more determined to reach our goal.
[+]Alcohol- Yes I know that’s bad for the leader, but I’m 21, I’m allowed to like drink. I am not an alcoholic though and am a heavyweight so it takes a LOT of alcohol to make me drunk.
[+]Rebellion- I stand by my beliefs and fight against this stupid law. Us gifted have never been a threat and will never be a threat. Therefore I like raging rebellion because I am fighting for what I believe in.
[+]Blue- it represents all I believe in. Blue stands for freedom in my eyes. The free sky is blue and Cobalt is blue. It is the sign of resistance and rebellion and freedom for me.
Dislikes(at least 10):[/b]
[-]TJ- This agent’s a sore loser. I beat him two years ago fair and square giving him a scar on his hand to remind him and he constantly comes back for more. The guys a jerk, why can’t he just accept that he was beaten and stay away from me. Plus he’s an agent anyway so that heightens my dislike of him even more.
[-]Oppression- I hate being oppressed by people who want gifteds dead. It sickens me that they are capturing and killing people just because of their gifts. This is why I am fighting to stop this. It cannot be permitted to continue.
[-]Agents- they think they are all self-righteous carrying out orders from the government. They are mindless goons who just carry out orders without thinking about the morality of what they are doing. They are also a pain as you always have to check there are none around before you do anything from sparring with a friend to buying milk from the local store.
[-]Storms- That's when TJ is his strongest. I mean I can still beat him when he's at his strongest it's just annoying the fact that I have to watch out for bolts of lightning all the time. And also in storms visibility is reduced and I can’t fly in case of being hit by lightning.
[-]Arrogant guys- They just annoy the hell outta me. I mean the whole arrogant mannerism makes me want to kill them. They walk around so self-righteous and like they own the place and nothing will happen to them *Cough*TJ*Cough*
[-] pretty boys- Girls go for them for some weird reason. I think if you are a pretty boy you are going towards the gay side. I mean yes I am conscious of my appearance, but I think that brawn is better than prettiness for guys and it sickens me that people think different.
[-]The colour green- It symbols Xenon… enough said.
[-]The Government- They are the ones who are enforcing this rule. They do not know what gifted people are like. They just label them as dangerous for no apparent reason and decide to commit genocide. It is appalling. Hence why Cobalt is fighting back.
[-]Defeat- Well in this world defeat means death, unless sparring when it means embarrassment. I have trained so hard for so many years that I would crumble if I was defeated. I cannot be defeated when so much is riding upon my shoulders.
[-]Traitors- I can’t stand having a traitor in my midst. They are backstabbing cowards who gain satisfaction in working on the inside to bring an organisation down and I cannot afford to have any within Cobalt

[@]Death- Standard fear. I don’t exactly fear death in itself I fear the way I would die. I am not as afraid of dying in battle, but I am terrified of being cut down when I am retreating so that I look like a coward
[@]Being hurt/injured- It means that I cannot operate to my full potential and could lead to more serious injuries or even could kill me if I can’t defend properly
[@]Losing my wings- I am terrified of not being able to fly as I always like the security of knowing that if need be I could fly out of a sticky situation.
[@]Torture- I am scared of how I would cope, whether I would crack under torture. I hope I wouldn’t but I am not in a hurry to find out. Also my mother died while being tortured when I was 10 and since then I have always been terrified of it.
Personality: Falcon is quite laid back normally, he is friendly and dependable. Once you get to know him you could trust him with your life. He would never betray anyone’s trust or sell anyone out. He will keep your secrets to the grave. However if you are an agent expect to see another side. A more machine like side where he is launching attacks at you with expert precision and accuracy. He does have a problem with his temper, but it is not the worst thing. If you are a member of Cobalt at a meeting with him he is very professional and organised. He keeps to the problem in hand and makes sure everyone knows the plans inside out.

History:[/b] Falcon was born into a nice family and lived a happy life with his younger brother of one year Tyler. However when he was 10 he started to gain his powers. His parents weren’t gifted but they accepted him. He turned out to be the only gifted in the family and his brother was jealous. A few months later the government had captured his mother and tortured her to death getting her to tell them everything about Falcon. When he was 11 out of anger when he couldn’t control his powers that much, he set fire to the house and his father had been killed in that fire. Since then Falcon has had a problem with his temper, hating the fact that he was responsible for both his parent’s death. He then moved to this secret society of gifted people which train young people to control their powers and help them fight. When he came back he had changed his name from his real name to Falcon not wanting the government to recognise him and hunt him down. He knew by now that his brother had joined the agents and luckily hadn’t run into him…yet.

James frowned as he thought they were ok, apparently not. He heard what she said and shook his head "I keep agreeing because you're right. I shouldn't have left you to persue my dream. I should have mentioned a family before. That's why I don't fight back because I know I'm an idiot and I want to accept my mistakes and move on." He watched her walk to the other side of the room and noticed her with her arms crossed over her chest in a stubborn manner. He heard what she said and frowned "I am fighting for what I want. I want to be back with you and for us to have a family. I want this more than anything." He groaned when she asked him to choose. It was a choice he had been dreading. He knew that he would choose her, but it would break his heart to quit his job. He looked away from her fierce look not being able to take it. He wanted to be with her so much. He always wanted a family and wanted her by his side, but he had dreamed of being an auror his entire life and nothing would take that dream away.... Nothing....Except the blonde opposite him. He watched as she walked away and threw her hands in the air. He heard what she said and took a deep steadying breath. "You." he whispered then took another breath "I choose you Lilah. It has always been you and it will always be you. My job isn't half as important as you and the family that we will have. Yes I love my job and have been dreaming of being an auror since I was about 5, but I love you 100 times more and I will do anything for you. And that's the truth. That is me fighting for what I want. In a perfect world I would like to have them both, but I know that something has to give. I just want to be with you so much. I love you and couldn't live without you."
