Hello, my name is Vic. I've been browsing the site for the last couple of days and just today learned that I could make an account to look at threads. After doing so, I have a couple of questions that I'd like answered, if at all possible.

• What's the setting? Is this Earth as we know it? Is it an alternate universe?
  
• Where is Harporia? What kind of a nation is it? What kind of government does it have?
  
• If the year is 2043, what sort of technological advances have their been?
  
• How exactly did Cobalt form? How long have they been an organization? How big are they?
  
• How does the black market work? How do the power enhancing objects function?

Alright well I can't answer all of these, cause I honestly don't know myself, but there are a few of these I can address as best I can!

-- The setting is an alternate universe sort of, as in it's this world, but there are people with superhuman abilities, and people are aware of this. The general population all knows.

-- Not sure. It's a country, somewhere, but I don't know exactly. It's probably a capitalism system, that's what I'd guess.

-- That's open for interpretation. Nothing definite has been said.

-- Not sure, but they rose soon after Xenon. They're not THAT large, but probably medium sized, I'd say...

-- not sure.
